Warranty Information

All graphics cards purchased through Nimbus Cyber Tech include a 1-year limited warranty provided directly by us.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the basic operation and functionality of the graphics card. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Complete card failure (no display output, card not powering on)
• Defective or malfunctioning cooling fan(s)
• Malfunctioning video outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.)
• Severe performance failures not related to software/driver issues

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, user damage, or issues unrelated to the normal operation of the card. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Overclocking damage (hardware or BIOS modifications)
• Physical damage (cracks, burns, liquid damage, bent pins, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear (fan noise, dust buildup, etc.)
• Issues caused by third-party software, drivers, or operating systems
• Mining or continuous server use that exceeds standard consumer workloads

Manufacturer Warranties

In addition to the 1-year Nimbus Cyber Tech warranty, many graphics cards include an extended manufacturer warranty (often 2–3 years, depending on the brand). Customers are encouraged to register their product with the manufacturer to take full advantage of any additional coverage beyond our 1-year policy.

All monitors purchased through Nimbus Cyber Tech include a 1-year limited warranty provided directly by us.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the basic operation and functionality of the monitor. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Power or display failure not caused by physical damage
• Malfunctioning ports or connections
• Severe screen malfunctions (not related to pixel defects)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues or minor defects that do not affect normal operation. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Dead or stuck pixels
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts, etc.)
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

Manufacturer Warranties

In addition to the 1-year Nimbus Cyber Tech warranty, some monitors may include an extended manufacturer warranty. Customers are encouraged to register their product with the manufacturer to take full advantage of any additional coverage beyond our 1-year policy.

Important: This warranty does not cover data recovery or data loss under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for regularly backing up their data.

All solid-state drives (SSDs) purchased through Nimbus Cyber Tech include a 1-year limited warranty provided directly by us.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the basic operation and functionality of the SSD. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Drive not being detected by the system
• Failure to read or write data (hardware-related)
• Controller or NAND malfunction not caused by misuse

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover data recovery, software issues, or problems unrelated to the physical operation of the drive. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Data loss or data recovery costs
• Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts, etc.)
• Normal wear from usage beyond the drive’s rated TBW (terabytes written) lifespan
• Issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect operation

Manufacturer Warranties

In addition to the 1-year Nimbus Cyber Tech warranty, many SSDs include an extended manufacturer warranty(often 3–5 years, depending on the brand and model). Customers are encouraged to register their product with the manufacturer to take full advantage of any additional coverage beyond our 1-year policy.

All custom-built PCs purchased through Nimbus Cyber Tech include a 1-year limited warranty provided directly by us.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the basic operation and functionality of the system. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• System not powering on or posting
• Defective internal components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU, etc.)
• Cooling system failures not caused by misuse or improper maintenance

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover software issues, accidental damage, or problems unrelated to the physical operation of the system. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Software or operating system errors
• Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts, power surges, etc.)
• Unauthorized upgrades, modifications, or overclocking damage
• Normal wear and tear (dust buildup, fan noise, etc.)
• Issues caused by third-party software, drivers, or peripherals

Manufacturer Warranties

Many components inside your PC include extended manufacturer warranties(often 2–5 years, depending on the brand and part). Nimbus Cyber Tech will handle any additional manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf, ensuring you receive coverage beyond our 1-year limited warranty whenever applicable.

All cyber cables purchased through Nimbus Cyber Tech include a 1-year limited warranty provided directly by us.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the basic operation and functionality of the cable. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Cable not transmitting power or data as intended
• Connector failure not caused by misuse or excessive wear
• Severe malfunction preventing normal use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, wear from normal usage, or accidental damage. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Frayed or bent cables caused by improper handling
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, etc.)
• Damage from physical abuse, cuts, or liquid exposure
• Issues caused by third-party devices outside manufacturer specifications
